Firmup Fitness Bootcamps are a challenge within themselves  Running for 60 minutes, they consist of circuit, Boxing, HIIT exercises, and then finish off with some Abs. Not only are Firmup Fitness Bootcamps on Saturdays are a great test for you physically and mentally, they are also a great way to start the weekend.
