Weighing a very unhealthy 89kg I knew it was time to make a change. I was unfit, unhappy and unmotivated.  I started training with Bootsy 6 months ago and in the six months I have lost a total of 10.2 kg. I’m now feeling amazing… Emotionally and physically! Bootsy not only got me fit but helped with advice about food/supplements, and kept me motivated at some desperate times.

Only less than 7 kg to go and I’ll be at my new set goal weight!

Brett has been my Personal Trainer for 3 years, and has always given 110% to my personal training routines. He motivates, and will exercise you to your physical limit, but with his extensive experience and knowledge of physical structure and injury management, I now have a physique and fitness I love without ever sustaining an injury through personal training.

In January 2012 I weighed in at 114kg so I decided I was sick of being overweight so I started training with Brett Boots and it was the best decision I made this year. I had trained previously but after stopping exercise and neglecting my diet I had gained over 30kg. Despite knowing I needed someone to push me to get fit, I lacked confidence in myself in achieving my goals. Brett took the time to listen to what my goals were and ensured that I achieved them even when I felt it was impossible. Since training with Brett for 6 months, I have not only lost 34kg of weight from my body but I look and feel fitter and I am much more energetic. He has pushed me beyond my comfort zone and it has been extremely painful at times but as a result I have lost a lot of weight and feel great. Brett has tweaked my training improving imbalances and weaknesses in my body. The sessions are intense and despite my moaning, I now enjoy working out and feel motivated to do even better. Brett has been my personal trainer for the last 3 years. I have never felt the need to change trainers because he delivers the whole package. Not 1 training session is the same, training is never boring. Brett provides good nutritional advice and measurements are taken regularly to track your progress and keep you motivated. I am fitter and stronger than people half my age due to the training he puts me through, can't is not an option, only can. With my upcoming wedding in October 2012 & after feeling unfit and unhappy with my health I decided it was time to make a change. I weighed in at a massive 128.5kg! At my first meeting with Brett in January 2012, he put me at ease. He was honest, letting me know that I would need to put in the work, but if I did I would get the results. He made me feel comfortable and was very positive so I started training that same week and have been training with Brett twice a week for approximately 6 months. Brett provides guidance and pushes you through challenging training sessions but also provides advice on your food & eating habits. Although very supportive, he will let you know 'how it is', and when you let him (& yourself) down, particularly with the food! He genuinely wants you to succeed and his focus is to help you while you are training with him, but also set you up for success after you decide to continue on your own, which is a big step in anyone's journey. My total weight loss stands at 30kgs and I am well on my way back to the healthiest I have ever been. Although not quite at my goal weight, I am now feeling healthier, happier and looking forward to starting a family in the near future which probably wouldn't have ever been possible prior to getting in shape. Brett Boots has helped me improve my all round health, body and mind, which has had positive effects in many areas of my life! I can't recommend him highly enough, thankyou for the new life you given me.
